Preparing for your pitches

Hello!

First pitches are just around the corner! Make sure you have already signed your team up for your first proposal pitch through the following doodle form: https://doodle.com/poll/5ueu2n8x78ffkwy7.

Enter the meeting room via the Zoom link provided (also on the All Meeting Links document and in the discord), and your team will be let out of the waiting room once the previous team’s pitch session is complete. Please arrive a little before your allotted time to ensure each pitch stays on schedule: https://utoronto.zoom.us/j/99099269594

Some teams will be asked to do a second pitch. This session will occur tomorrow starting at 1:30pm.

Remember to keep your Devpost project page up to date! We encourage you to post updates, especially photos, about your project so we can hear about your progress! The team that posts the most pictures will win a prize..

Remember, if you need any help, mentors are available 9am-9pm on Discord!
